  • We have 3 different packages. You can see them all here. With every package you will have a ceremony, a toast to follow, professional photographer, a bouquet and boutonniere, and more!

  • You’ll need to secure your marriage license before the big day. You can apply online then go to the Clark County Marriage License Bureau downtown to pick it up. Here is all of the information you need! Make sure to bring the paperwork to your pop up wedding!

  • 10AM CEREMONY SPOT

    9:45am-10am Guest arrival

    10am-10:20am Ceremony

    10:20am-10:40am Family photos/toast/hors d’oeuvres

    10:40am-11:10am Private couples photo session (at this time your guests depart)

  • You don’t have to worry about anything except showing up, that’s why you have us! We make sure all outdoor pop ups have a rainy day plan at the same location!

  • Of course! You can upgrade up to one week before the wedding date. Our most popular package is the ALL YOU WANT package because couples receive a video of their special day along with ALL digital photo files (plus it’s only a $500 difference) SO worth it.

  • You sure can! We can help walk you through getting them organized and everything else you need to know. We’ll make sure there’s enough room for them to sit in the first row during the ceremony. Coordinating bridesmaid bouquets and groomsmen boutonnieres are available to add to your package - you have to let us know in advance.

  • Before your wedding you’ll complete an in depth questionnaire so we have all the information we need. That includes any dietary restrictions and allergies for you and your guests. We’ll work with our catering team to tailor your hors d’oeuvres accordingly.

  • In most cases, YES! Our packages include 30 people. We like to keep the spaces and your experience intimate but in some cases you can increase to additional guests. Additional guests are $40 per person. Please just let us know in advance how many additional you’ll have!

  • Of course, it’s your day! It may mean less mingling time because we try to never sacrifice your couples photo (and video with our all you want package) session. Just let us know!

  • Once you book your wedding we’ll send you a detailed questionnaire to get your ceremony music, bridal party information, family photo list, and any other important information together. This also includes any personalized ceremony requests.

  • After you book, we’ll provide you with a unique and personalized guide to your pop up wedding! You can also check out our recommendations page (coming soon). For now, feel free to email us with any questions at love@justthevows.com. We’re here to make your day as special as possible!

  • We include all photography for you and videography in two out of the three packages so you’re completely taken care of! We’ll make sure to capture all of the special moments. We do not allow additional professional photography or videography in our pop up space. We even recommend you encourage guests to put their phones down during the ceremony so our team can capture the day.
